Bar Association expresses condolences on the death of Celene Edwards

Grenada Bar Association was plunged into mourning on the morning of Thursday July 6, 2023, when news of the untimely passing of our colleague and friend, Celene Clyne Edwards sent shock waves through the legal fraternity.  We are deeply saddened by this loss and cannot fathom the tremendous agony her family and friends will be experiencing at this time.

Celene was a beautiful and energetic spirit who carried herself with poise.  She represented her clients with vigor and to the best of her ability, always showing respect to opposing counsel and to the Court.  Her subtle combativeness will be missed in the Courts along with her smile.

The Grenada Bar Association extends heartfelt condolences to Deloni, Krystal, Emile, Zuriel and the rest of the Clyne Edwards family as well as the staff at the Law Office of G E D Clyne.  We will continue to uphold you all in our prayers at this time.  We stand resolute with you to support, encourage and carry you if needs be.  Celene will forever live on in our hearts and minds.

May her soul rest in eternal and perfect peace.
