People in the farming community throughout the state are in high spirits and are out clearing the fields and planting, not knowing if they will reap the harvest.
The NDC Government, through the Ministry of Agriculture must BLOW their trumpet and take credit, but in so doing must assure farmers that there will be no tolerance for the stealing and purchasing of farmer’s crops.
If you go in the supermarket or hardware store and steal you will be punished instantly, crop stealing should be treated the same.
The government needs to reassure farmers.
