Warning from PSC

The current five members who serve on the Public Service Commission

In the face of reports that some public officers are challenging its decisions to transfer them, the Public Service Commission (PSC) headed by female attorney-at-law Debra St Bernard has sought to set the record straight.

The Commission in a circular sent out to Permanent Secretaries and public officers reminded all concerned that the Grenada Constitution empowers the body with the authority to transfer public officers to any government ministry or department.

The PSC also addressed the issue of some officers who are transferred not being assigned any duties by their bosses in the various ministries.
