High Court Judge rules for Garvey Louison

Garvey Louison - won his case against the late Kenwyn Maitland

Former Accountant General Garvey Louison has finally got the high court to compensate him for losses incurred from a bad mechanical work on his vehicle.

Louison, an accountant by profession, had instituted legal proceedings against the late Kenwyn Maitland for work done on his vehicle.

Although Maitland has passed away, the former top government employee levied against Maitland’s Estate and his wife was brought into the legal proceedings.

In a ruling handed down, female High Court Judge Agnes Actie awarded Garvey $35, 000.00 in compensation for his losses.
