High court judge Justice Agnes Actie has delivered a judgment that should attract persons who rent vehicles on the island.
The case was brought by GARVEY HOSTEN (Trading as “Final Stop Auto Sales & Rentals”) as Claimant and MOISES A THOMAS as the Defendant.
It involves an accident dating back to 2016 and Judgment was entered in favour of the Claimant against the defendant in the sum of $27,750.00 with interest at the 6% per annum from the date of judgement until payment in full.
