Something needs to be done

A situation is happening very often causing Grenada customers a great deal of stress.

Regular customers whose bills are paid wake up and there is No Wifi and No Internet available. We pay a fee to cover it and it should be available to our cell phones.

To me it means I cannot access GBN radio through Google as I normally do. I cannot access Sky News or ITV. So, no local news and no international news. I cannot text family or Friends, nor receive texts from them, nor make WhatsApp calls.

The worst is the office customer call number from the landline is not answering, only repeating mechanical messages which are not helpful.

In addition, many Cable channels are not available on a daily basis. I have to ask, how can this lack of service be allowed, to treat Grenada customers so badly? Can nothing be done to help us?
