My concern about Lotto

I am not saying it is not helping with Nation Building as it Motto says, but it has become tea, lunch and dinner in this small state of Grenada with a population of one hundred thousand people.

Grenada is a poor country with poverty of average 50% and persons would try their luck to win a $50 to help with food to put on their table.

Is there a legislation governing how many times this game can be played like in America, Canada & England?

To make matters worse you cannot look back to see the night numbers played how it’s been showed over the period of time.

The playing twice per day was better – hope they revise it.
