Dear High Commissioner,
As the Logistics Coordinator on the Government of Grenada’s COVID-19 Task Force during this pandemic, I wish to express immense gratitude to the High Commission of Grenada and the United Groups of Grenada in the United Kingdom for their generous initiative to provide a monetary donation towards assisting in the fight against COVID-19.
The donation of over XCD$18,500 has been added to our COVID Relief effort, to help in the Ministry of Health’s procurement of health and safety supplies, such as test kits and PPE; as well as in bolstering the quarantining and contact tracing efforts to ensure that we contain and mitigate any potential spread of COVID-19 here in Grenada.
We thank the UK Diaspora community for your kind efforts, and we continue to recognize and be grateful for your ongoing contributions toward the development of Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique.
