Advent of Franka Alexis-Bernardine

Finally, a beacon of hope for Grenada.

While many may argue that Franka’s selection as party leader is one election short, I believe in the unfolding of time, “in time” and her time is now, in short nothing happens before its time. I however hasten to add that the Party’s Delegates are finally seeing the light.

I wholeheartedly applaud the decision, and take this opportunity to appeal to the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and Grenadians as a whole, to give Alexis-Bernardine their fullest support.

I also appeal to the thousands of undecided voters, that this is your perfect opportunity to switch from your indecisiveness to the recognition that this is the moment for the nation to change direction and to support Franka Alexis-Bernardine in this time of redemption.

In my humble opinion, Franka is destined to redeem Grenada from the forces of evil that have bedeviled our once beautiful pristine island.

To the NDC, this is a time for TOTAL UNITY within the camp. This is the time to tighten any loose or potentially destructive element and present yourselves to the nation as a force to be reckoned with, in answer to the cry for redemption.

Franka’s job is herculean, but certainly not impossible.

Interestingly while we cry out about the current state of the Perseverance dump, one of the most historical and precious on our island, Halifax Bay otherwise known as Pirates Cove where the pirates used to evade each other and use Halifax Bay to hide their precious cargo of gold and silver, that valuable estate, now standing as an eyesore was once owned by Frank Alexis, the father of Franka Alexis-Bernardine.

I have no doubt that Franka will arrest any further destruction of Halifax Bay, and with the mercy of the Almighty she will succeed.

I am familiar with the history of the area and I know its current use is a stain on the health of our nation, especially regarding the constant burning of the poisonous inorganic waste.

The Perseverance dump created by this present administration is the seed sown for our self-destruction.

However, getting back to the matter at hand, Grenadians need to give Franka Alexis-Bernardine the opportunity to rescue our once pristine island from further destruction.

The time is now. Franka will be the “mother” of the political salvation that Grenadians have needed for so many years, and it gives me great joy to say, “Go Franka Go”.
