PPC Management Ltd. a Grenada Limited company is seeking suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of:  Financial Controller

The Role and Responsibilities 

  • Directly report to the CEO
  • As the key change driver to revamp the group finance  and control standards
  • Implement group-wise ERP system and continuous process reengineering to improve operational efficiency
  • Assist in assigned projects
  • Perform financial reporting functions and handle monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting e.g. preparation of financial reports, interim and annual reports
  • Effective control on the operations, structure and workflow of financial data and general ledger production of the Group
  • Formulate changes in accounting policies and practices or the adoption of new accounting policies and the monitoring of their subsequent implementations
  • Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and tax matters
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Regular budget consolidation
  • Cash flow management
  • Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Invoicing and collections
  • Preparing company tax statements
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
  • Payroll processing
  • Experience working with QuickBooks
  • Experience working with a property management system would be an asset 


  • Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance or other related disciplines 
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience including minimum 3 years of managerial experience, hospitality experience would be an asset 
  • CPA/ACCA/FCCA/AICPA qualification
  • Strong transformation mindset
